Guided by Naomi Gregory, trained in Europe in the art of Aufguss, each 15-minute session blends flowing towel movements, curated essential oils and soundscapes to circulate heat and awaken the senses. It is a rare journey of release, renewal and reconnection.

Book your Bathhouse Ritual arrival time, enjoy the facilities beforehand, and meet us in the sauna at 6:00pm on Thursday or 11:00am on Friday.
