Aufguss Sauna Infusion | Bathhouse Ritual

Dates: 13–20, 22–27, 29–31 January

A facilitator-led sensory steam ceremony blending heat, essential oils, and rhythmic towel work. Guided by our trained Aufguss Master, this ritual invites circulation, release, and renewed energy.

A booked Bathhouse Session is required.

To attend Aufguss, guests must book the Bathhouse Session aligned with their chosen ritual time:

• 9:00am Aufguss → book 8:15am, 8:30am, 8:45am, or 9:00am
• 11:00am Aufguss → book 10:15am, 10:30am, 10:45am, or 11:00am
• 2:00pm Aufguss → book 1:15pm, 1:30pm, 1:45pm, or 2:00pm
• 4:00pm Aufguss → book 3:15pm, 3:30pm, 3:45pm, or 4:00pm

Guided rituals take place at a fixed time within your Bathhouse visit. Please ensure your Bathhouse arrival time aligns with your chosen ritual.
