Aurora Aufguss Ritual | Friday 19 June

A rare and special experience with Naomi Gregory of Aufguss Australia.

Your session begins with access to the Aurora Bathhouse, where you are invited to arrive, settle in, and ease into the morning. At 5:15pm, Naomi will lead the Aufguss, a traditional sauna ceremony in which aromatic essential oils are poured over hot stones and steam is fanned through the room in a series of slow, rhythmic movements. The result is an intense, immersive wave of heat and fragrance that is as meditative as it is restorative.
